EDUCATION
He was born in 1978. After getting his secondary school leaving certificate at Liceo Scientifico “F. Buonarroti” in Pisa, in 2010 he graduated in Law with highest honours from the University of Macerata with a thesis in comparative private law on “Property Estoppel”. He underwent legal training at Studio Legale Interlex in Macerata. He qualified for the legal profession in January 2016. He is registered at the Bar Association Council of Macerata. He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
WORK EXPERIENCE
He has been a collaborator of ADR s.r.l. since 2012, and a partner in it since December 2014. He practises in the areas of civil law and labour law and within the Litigation Department of ADR, dealing with legal disputes at national and international levels. He is a member of the arbitration board of CNA (National Confederation of Craft Trades) in Macerata. He was a member of the Board of Directors of two Companies operating in the automatic vending sector.
- He provides professional advice about the drafting and preparation of deeds, notices and documents concerning the legal transactions that are the most relevant to the business carried on by a Client, such as supply contracts, purchase agreements, procurement of works and services, banking agreements, contracts with customers;
- He provides assistance to Client Companies in managing pre-action phases by preparing statements of objections, letters of formal notice and defence statements;
- He provides Client Companies with advice and assistance in managing transactions and with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as assisted negotiation, mediation and conciliation procedures at the appropriate authorised bodies;
- As concerns litigation matters and arbitration practice, he deals with the development of defence strategies and with the drafting of procedural documents, working in concert with the contact persons of the Client Companies and coordinating the activities of the other ADR’s collaborators who will handle that specific case file.
- He provides advice and assistance with the drafting and preparation of legal proceedings, notices and documents concerning the Human Resources Department of Client Companies and, in particular, the relationships between Companies, employees, quasi-subordinate workers and self-employed persons;
- In concert with the Human Resources Department of Client Companies, he provides assistance and support in any phase of disciplinary procedures as provided for by Art. 7 of Labour Law: from the drafting of a letter informing an employee about the allegation made against them to the implementation of a given disciplinary measure;
- He assists Client Companies in procedures related to dismissals for objectively justified reasons and collective redundancies, as well as in the preparation of the relevant documents;
- He provides Client Companies with advice and assistance in managing arbitration proceedings, conciliation proceedings and transactions at the Territorial Labour Department or other authorised bodies in relation to any disputes arisen with employees, quasi-subordinate workers and self-employed persons;
- He gives assistance in relation to inspection and ascertainment procedures conducted by the Territorial Labour Department against Client Companies;
- In the field of legal dispute, he deals with the development of defence strategies and with the drafting of procedural documents, working in concert with the Human Resources staff of the Client Companies and coordinating the activities of the other ADR’s collaborators who will handle that specific case file.
- He provides assistance to Client Companies with the management of pre-action phases, preparing statements of objections, letters of formal notice and defence statements;
- He provides Client Companies with advice and assistance in managing international arbitration proceedings at the designated arbitration chambers;
- In the area of legal dispute practice, he deals with the development of defence strategies and the drafting of procedural documents, working in concert with the contact persons of the Client Companies and coordinating the activities of the law firms overseas appointed by ADR to handle the case at a local level.
